Teaching purposes:

The power battery training platform is based on the Electric Vehicle e5 original car power lithium iron phosphate battery. The power battery pack adopts transparent cover design, which truly presents the connection control relationship and installation position between the core components of the power battery pack. The training platform has an intelligent fault assessment system, which is suitable for medium and high vocational technical colleges and general education. The college and training institutions teach the structure of new energy pure electric vehicles and the training of maintenance training.

The system consists of a power battery module, a battery information collector, a serial line, a tray, a sealing cover, and a battery sampling line.
1) Modular Design:
The power battery consists of modular design. The original vehicle power battery is mounted on the professional base of the power battery. The base is designed with low-voltage signal lines and high-voltage output line card slots. The high-voltage lines are equipped with safety signs. Identify during the teaching process.

2) Keep The Original Car Line Connection:

The power battery pack and the high-voltage line are connected by the original car wiring harness. Parallel double plugs for measurement are installed next to each harness connector, which greatly reduces the line loss during signal detection, and the parallel plug marks the pins. The number and number correspond to the original circuit diagram pin number, which satisfies the need for low-voltage signal detection of pure electric vehicles during the training process. The relevant signals of the power battery pack are connected to the battery management controller through the original vehicle harness, and the data diagnosis and dynamic data stream reading function in the training teaching process are satisfied.

3) Intelligent Fault Assessment System:

Consists of two independent systems: the teacher fault setting terminal and the student answering terminal. The system is installed on the mobile terminal. The teacher can connect with the fault setting module of the training platform to set the fault with the mobile teaching terminal connected to the WI-FI. After the fault setting is completed, the students use the mobile learning terminal to perform the assessment, and the scores after the assessment are automatically stored in the equipment execution module, so that the teacher can query the results of each student. The intelligent fault assessment system also has password management, fault name editing, assessment time setting, fault type setting and fault recovery testing function.

Product process standard:

The base frame of the equipment adopts two integrated aluminum alloy profiles of 40mm×40mm and 40mm×80mm, which is resistant to oil and corrosion and easy to clean. The table top is covered with 20mm thick color high-density composite board, and the electrical installation part is strictly in accordance with EU CE. The electrical certification standard is implemented and manufactured. The whole wiring harness adopts the connector with the safety strength to reach the IP64 military level. The harness damage caused by long-term training can be directly replaced in sections, eliminating the worries.
