Process Standard
The integrated auxiliary teaching tool system is built with all-aluminum alloy profiles, which are oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The tool and consumable work cart consist of 11 layers of self-locking and self-priming drawers, and the upper part is equipped with a practical wood worktable with beech wood, which is convenient for placing training equipment and teaching materials. The lower storage drawer is classified according to the type of tools, characteristics of fault parts, consumables, measuring tools, diagnostic computer, and protective fender pad. EVA cutting foam is laid on each drawer laminate, and laser engraving is formed once according to the shape of each workpiece and firmly embedded in it. The diagnosis computer is a military level diagnostic computer equipped with a Bluetooth adapter, which can be used in combination with the integrated teaching and training system. The all-in-one machine uses a multi-touch capacitive screen and an Android 7.0 operating system. Besides the tool hanging board, it can adapt to different tool hooks and accessories. The slide rail adopts special strong slide rail for tool car, with self-priming return and locking device. Each side of tool car can be locked by a mechanical lock. The mobile wheel uses at least one wheel, which can be moved and fixed, stable, and reliable.
