- Modular design: The air conditioning system training platform adopts a modular design, which installs and fixes the original car’s electric compressor, condenser, HVAC assembly, refrigeration pipeline, PTC, heating pipe, air duct, air conditioning controller and other parts On the professional base and operation control panel, the base is designed with low-voltage signal lines and high-voltage output line card slots, and high-voltage lines are installed with safety signs for identification during teaching.
- Keep the original car line connection: the electric air conditioning system training platform is connected by the original car wiring harness. A parallel dual plug for measurement is installed next to each wiring harness plug, which greatly reduces the line loss during signal detection. The parallel plug is marked with The pin number, the number corresponds to the pin number of the original circuit diagram, to meet the needs of low-voltage signal detection of the pure electric vehicle motor drive system, combination instrument and brake system during the training process. The relevant signals of each control unit are connected to the vehicle controller through the original vehicle wiring harness to meet the data diagnosis and dynamic data flow reading functions during the training and teaching process.
- Intelligent fault assessment system: It is composed of two independent systems, the teacher fault setting terminal and the student answering terminal. The system is installed on the mobile terminal. Teachers can use the mobile teaching terminal connected to WIFI to connect to the fault setting module of the training platform for fault setting. After the failure setting is completed, students use the mobile learning terminal to perform assessment and answer questions, and the assessment results are automatically stored in the equipment execution module, which is convenient for teachers to inquire about each student’s performance. The intelligent fault assessment system also has the functions of password management, fault name editing, assessment time setting, fault type setting and fault recovery testing.
- Product process standards: The base frame of the equipment is built with two integrated all-aluminum alloy profiles, 40mm×40mm and 40mm×80mm, which are oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The countertop is covered with a 20mm thick color high-density composite board.
