The measuring terminal of the electric air-conditioning system is matched with the whole vehicle of BY. The measuring terminal has the function of signal measuring. It can be connected with the whole vehicle through the harness air plug according to the need in the course of using, so as to meet the needs of fault diagnosis training teaching.

- The measuring terminal connects the whole vehicle with the connector of the air plug and wire harness. The measuring terminal is equipped with a high-precision UV spray drawing of the three-dimensional structure of the whole vehicle air-conditioning system. Based on the whole vehicle structure diagram, the position of the connecting plug of the wire harness corresponding to the air-conditioning system is guided, and the corresponding three-dimensional model diagram and plug model are marked. Each pin position number is marked on the drawing, and the pin position number of each wire harness plug matches the circuit number of the original manuals. It helps the trainees to recognize the pin position number of the plug and the location of the plug installation in the training process.
- The pin position is equipped with measuring terminals, which can be used for power supply system testing, pressure sensor signal testing, air conditioning pump testing, CAN gateway of air conditioning system, internal and external circulating motor testing, cold and warm circulating motor testing, AC blower relay circuit testing, blower speed control signal testing, electronic expansion valve. The measurement terminal adopts independent modular design, which does not affect the vehicle running function after disconnection. It can be moved according to the teaching environment. The system integrates intelligent fault assessment system. The main structure of the terminal is constructed of 40mm *40mm and 40mm *80mm two kinds of integrated aluminum alloy profiles, which are oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The platform is paved with 20mm thick color high density composite plate. The electrical installation part is manufactured strictly according to the European Union CE Electrical Certification standard. The whole harness is made of IP64 military grade connection with safety strength. The damage of wire harness caused by long-term training can be directly replaced by piecewise replacement.
