- The gantry platform adopts the permanent magnet AC synchronous motor for vehicles, the rated power is 3KW, the peak current of the motor controller is 100A, and the motor and the controller are matched with each other;
- Adjust the gear shift handle, realize the motor forward, reverse and stop functions through D, N, R, etc., and realize the braking energy recovery function (using the vehicle inertia to generate electricity), and conduct the motor operation test;
- The system can monitor the power transmission process, vehicle speed, voltage, temperature, etc., and can observe the changes of parameters such as the electronic control system fault indicator;
- The training platform is equipped with an electronic throttle control device, which can accelerate and decelerate the pure electric vehicle drive system.
- The drive motor signal measuring device is installed on both sides of the system stand, which can simultaneously measure 4 stations without interference.
- A transparent protective cover is installed above the drive motor installed on the bench, which is molded with industrial-grade PE high-transparent material, and the connection mode of each component of the drive motor system can be seen directly.
- Intelligent fault assessment system; It mainly consists of two independent systems, the teacher fault setting terminal and the student answering terminal. The system is installed on the mobile terminal. Teachers can use the mobile teaching terminal to connect to the fault setting module of the integrated teaching aid for fault setting. After the failure setting is completed, students use the mobile learning terminal to perform assessment and answer questions, and the assessment results are automatically stored in the equipment execution module, which is convenient for teachers to inquire about each student’s performance.
