  1. Modular design: the high-voltage electric control box / main controller assembly adopts modular design. The original vehicle high-voltage electric control box / main controller, AC / DC charging port, cooling water pump of high-voltage main controller, and radiator of the liquid storage tank is fixed on a professional base. The base is designed with a low-voltage signal circuit and high-voltage output line slot, and a high-voltage line is provided with safety signs for identification of the teaching process.

Retain the original vehicle line connection: e-Golf power electronic device system components are connected by the original vehicle harness, and parallel double plugs for measurement are installed next to each harness plug, which greatly reduces the line loss in the signal detection process. After the fault setting is completed, the students use the mobile learning terminal for examination and answer, and the results after the assessment are automatically stored in the device execution module, which is convenient for teachers to query the scores of each student. The intelligent fault assessment system also has the functions of password management, fault name editing, assessment time setting, fault typesetting, and fault recovery testing.

Product process standard: the equipment base frame is constructed with two kinds of integrated all-aluminum alloy profiles of 40mm × 40mm and 40mm × 80mm, which is oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.
