Steering system training platform based on Electric Vehicle E5 original car EPS system accessories, consisting of sensors (torque angle sensor, vehicle speed sensor), controller (EPS electronic control unit), actuator (EPS motor) and related mechanical components The system has an intelligent fault assessment system, which is suitable for the teaching of the structural principles and maintenance training of new energy pure electric vehicles in vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges and training institutions.
Product features:
1) Modular design:
The steering system training platform adopts modular design, and the original vehicle EPS steering gear assembly, front axle assembly, left and right side lower arm assemblies, steering tie rods, and left and right side steering wheel assemblies are mounted and fixed on the professional base. The pedestal is designed with low-voltage signal lines and high-voltage output line card slots, and the high-voltage lines are installed with safety signs for identification during the teaching process.
2) Keep the original car line connection:
The steering system training platform is connected by the original vehicle wiring harness. Parallel double plugs for measurement are installed next to each harness connector, which greatly reduces the line loss during signal detection. The parallel plug is marked with the pin number, the number and the original factory. The circuit diagram pin number corresponds to meet the needs of the low-voltage signal detection of the pure electric vehicle steering system during the training process. The relevant signals of the steering system are connected to the vehicle controller through the original vehicle wiring harness, which satisfies the data diagnosis and dynamic data stream reading function in the training teaching process.
3) Intelligent fault assessment system:
consists of two independent systems: the teacher fault setting terminal and the student answering terminal. The system is installed on the mobile terminal. The teacher can connect with the fault setting module of the training platform to set the fault with the mobile teaching terminal connected to the W-IFI. After the fault setting is completed, the students use the mobile learning terminal to perform the assessment, and the scores after the assessment are automatically stored in the equipment execution module, so that the teacher can query the results of each student. The intelligent fault assessment system also has password management, fault name editing, assessment time setting, fault type setting and fault recovery testing function.
4) Product process standards:
The base frame of the equipment is constructed of two integrated aluminum alloy profiles of 40mm×40mm and 40mm×80mm. It is oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The electrical installation part is manufactured in strict accordance with the European CE electrical certification standards. The whole wiring harness is made of the original vehicle harness connector connected.
